Chia Bliss Delight (Chia Seed Pudding)

Chia seed pudding is a super-tasty and extremely easy way to sneak healthy fats into your diet. 

Chia seed pudding is a simple recipe that is perfect as a snack, dessert or even breakfast!

  • Prep Time: 15 Minutes
  • Soaking Time: Overnight 
  • Serving: 1 person

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • Fresh fruits, nuts, or seeds for topping (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 1/2 cup of your favourite milk, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  2. If you like it sweet, add a bit of honey, maple syrup, or sugar.
  3. Give it a good stir to make sure the chia seeds are well mixed and not clumping together.
  4. Let it sit for about 5 minutes. This helps the chia seeds start to absorb the liquid.
  5. Stir it again to break up any clumps.
  6. Now, cover it up and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or even better, overnight.
  7. Once it's nice and thick, give it one last stir and serve it up!
  8. Top it with your favourite fruits, nuts, or seeds.
