  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk you like)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries or nuts for topping

Direction:

  • First, add 1/4 cup of ground flax seeds to a bowl. Then pour in 1 cup of almond milk.

  • Give it a good stir, making sure everything is well combined.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes and then stir again to avoid any clumping.
  • Now, cover the bowl and put it into the fridge. Let it chill for at least 2 hours or even overnight. This magic time helps it turn into a delicious, pudding-like treat!
